Aida Rivera Cruz has a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University ofPuerto Rico and a MS and Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from theCarlosAlbizuUniversity, beforeCaribbeanCenter for Post-Graduate Studies. She is co-founder, member and vice president of Insight Vision, Inc. a Consulting firm in Industrial Psychology. 

Her areas of expertise include behavior modification programs including development programs for teams in the regulated environment, designs and "Delivery" of Regulatory Programs of Training for Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, Software Development Skills and Cognitive Skills Profile ; Design Training and Certification of Programs Skills. She has also delivered these trainings and development programs to Insight Vision clients, assisting in their responsibility to comply with regulatory requirements. 

She teaches part time at thePolytechnicUniversity, for which she developed with her business partner Dr. Rivera-Ruiz, the curriculum of Master in Manufacturing for Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices. Was Training Manager  for Smith Kline Beecham Pharmaceutical and Consultant for Effective Management, Inc. 

In search of new paths to assist the individual to achieve their highest potentiality, she continued  studies in Ayurvedic Medicine, a holistic healing science  of traditional medicines native from India. She is  certified as Ayurvedic Clinical Specialist from the Florida Vedic College, Sarasota Branch, Florida. She is also certified as Tachyon Energy Practitioner form the Tachyon Institute in Santa Rosa, California. These knowledge have allowed her the development of innovative approaches to help individuals to understand what is needed to maintain a healthy energy balance that will enable the achievement of their highest potentiality in their personal and professional life.
